After 3 Call Center agents only 1 was willing to help

<p>Dear outsuarance</p> <p>I must say after being with you for so many years I'm really disappointed in your call centre agents. Last week I phoned in to remove one of the vehicles from my policy due to the fact that I got divorced and that my ex-husband must pay his own insurance. After explaining to the first agent the situation she apparently could not help me and that it must be done by her supervisor. I had to follow up if this was done or not. And every time the same this has been told to me “so sorry there is a senior on your policy we will give them your number “no one phones me back at all!!!! This afternoon i phoned in again and luckily a Call centre agent that is actually willing to help and not in it for the money Shireen Botha helped me to remove the vehicle. Thanks Shireen Botha, I really do hope that Outsurance will employee more staff like you. You are a star</p>
