African time and misguided information
After a car is insured from 2016 and the car was customade with larger mags and not the small weels that it was made. In order to leave the premisses where the ride off is storred will take African time. No responce from Outsurance after the auth letter reads " removal of 5 mags and personal items". No mention was made about replacements of weels in any conversation. And this after being a client for 22 years and not 1 payment missed.
