advertising a price then charging you double,

on Monday a I tried to get a quote on the Outsurance webpage, with it giving me an error the whole time, so I decided to call them. very friendly operator gave all my details including my premium with my current insurer. <br> he quoted me more than my current insurance. no mention of 400 bucks. he had his super speak to me, who promised to sms his email to me he would have a look at my current insurance and come back with a better offer. I am still waiting. last year when I called for a quote the quoted me just above 700, a year later I get a quote of 1100. I had no accidents no brake in insurance. they advertise all over for premiums of 400-600 comprehensive cover. now they want to charge me double???
