ADVERTISING A BIG RIPOFF
On the 19May 2019 Lwazi Nqubeni from outsurance phone me for a quote on my vehicle. The quote come to R645 for my Hyundai ix35. My answer to Lwazi was that I pay R695 by my insurance company for my car and house contents. You guys own me R400 I told him. Lwazi said he will send me the link that never happened. I phone outsurance 3 times to get the the link. On Wednesday day Haseena Naidoo phone me and said I must send my paperwork to her. After send it she phone me said the the paper work from insurance say me wife is the regular drive and my quote I am the regular drive show OUTSURANCE CAN'T PAY ME THE MONEY. Haseena than give me a quote for my wife as the regular drive and the price drop to R462. Just not to pay the money. After that LWAZI phone me and quote me R488. 50. Outsurance ADVERTISING is a ripoff. .
