In July i called Outsurance for a quote and i did not go ahead with their cover because it was more compared to my <br> current insurer, On Tuesday i heard the ad on the radio that if they cannot beat your cover they will give R400 back, i called sms'd them and a consultant called and again couln't give me a suitable cover and they told me i can't be paid R400 because it's withing 6 months that i got the quotation and they have terms and conditions which are not included on their Ad, they looked for all the excuses in the book not to pay that R400, when i question the consultant why couldn't he tell me about R400 then, He said he's not allowed to. my take is if you have terms and conditions about the money your giving away rather stipulate them. i'm very disappointed
