Advertise R800 and give 0

I was contacted by Outsurance to do a comparitive quote by a very friendly gentleman to which i agreed. We went through the whole process over a 2 day period but my current providers quote could not be beaten by price or like for like extras. The gent then conceded and i was promised my R800 for not being able to beat my quote as they advertise. Its been about 3 weeks and guess what, the email with the claiming procedure has still not come through even after letting them know that i have still not received the email. Why advertise something if you don't plan on honoring it? Took a very enjoyable experience with the sales rep and completely destroyed my faith in the company.
