Advertise honestly
The OUTsurance adverts are not transparent enough. They claim to save you money meanwhile they increase their excess to lower your premium, you’ll save monthly then dent your pocket when you have an accident. I did a quotation with them and they offered me a premium higher than my current as well as a higher excess. No R400 for not beating my current cover. Your adverts should display the estimated excess and stop lying about R400 payout
