I am not happy with the manner OUTsurance is handling my third-party claim. I was involved in an accident with an OUTsurance client on the 17th June 2021 whereby their client drove into me skipping a red robot. I did an accident report on the Sean there was a Metro policeman on Sean and wrote my account on what happened in this accident even when l filled claim on their claim form l wrote my account of what happened. When they called me up the consultant said the report said their client slipped on olie. There are now different versions of the accident. l did send them pictures of the accident Sean as it was on the 17th June and as it was on the 13th July the consultant said after my request to put our discussion in writing he wil do so and to find out today it is transferred to a another OUTsurance agent. This is now the third person I must deal with. This is bad service. I was even asked to supply the accident report!! And they have it. Why do I have to do your job for you? I called the owner of the Ford that caused the accident on Friday and to discover they did not hear anything from OUTsurance regarding there claim and the curtesy vehicle was taken back from them and she will call them on Manday the 12th July and follow up. And phone me back. I phoned here at 16h00 on that Monday after I did receive a call from OUTsurance to inform me that they did slip on olie. There client also told me there was a witness that sow the car did slip on olie they just received a call from OUTsurance. I almost died of their client response to me that was not driving the car. It was her sister’s daughter that caused the accident. In the meanwhile, I must sit with the damage to my car that I did not cause and without any transport. You will never and I say again never get me as one of your clients. And I hope all that read this get the clarity mind not to join OUTsurance. Is this how OUTsurance deals with claims. Why is it always a hassle when insurance must pay out?
