Adele Du Toit, Vehicle Claims

To whom it may concern,

I would like to send my appreciation to Adele Du Toit from the vehicle claims team who is excellent at what she does. The initial contact with me was clear, her feedback excellent as well as her instructions made extremely simple and understandable. She went beyond her duties by providing me regular feedback as my vehicle was towed to the incorrect place for assessment she assisted to get this released as well as showed empathy as if the vehicle was her own. She built a relationship with the client so one doesn’t feel like a number. I have to say that this was the best service I have had in a very long time. I’m not just comparing her service with insurance companies but she has wowed me and come out tops all round whether it be flying, buying groceries or eating at a restaurant.

Staff are the core of any business and a company can market till they blue in the face but if your staff don’t back you up then you fail, Adele is a true ambassador of outsurance, I must mention that the whole process is not only quick but also very professional. The claims assessor Kyle was also very friendly and didn’t beat around the bush, he was honest about where he is, the time it will take to get to me as well as feedback and the process going forward once his part of the process had been completed so a big green tick to him as well.

Being an underwriter in the insurance industry myself I know the difficulties when it comes to risk business, assessment and dealing with clients who have negative feelings when it comes to insurance companies and the whole industry. Having people like Adele in the industry definitely shines over that dark cloud and if I owned a company she would definitely be first on my list of employees.

To Adele, Keep up the good work and I’m sure outsurance know they have a gem with whom they need to look after.
