added stuff onto my account without permission

<p>so today i phoned outsurance because an extra R156 on top of my normal premium was deducted to cancel the inurance on my radio because it broke and they wouldnt cover it so i didnt see why i needed to cover it so i phone and the guy on the other side tells me that extra stuff has been added to my account so i argue and said i didnt agree to this he then informed me that there was a whole bunch of extra **** i didnt agree to added to my premium that again i did not agree to that means for 2 years i have been paying R806 when it should of been 700 thats R2200 i will never see again </p> <p> </p> <p>i expect a reply if not i will be closing my account</p>
