Act of Harrasment

On 1June 2019 an accident occured between myself and a outsurance client . At the scene of the accident discussions were ongoing between myself and the driver of the other vehicle. We came to a gentlemans agreement, each person to see to itself. Although i believed and still do, that the outsurance client was 100% negligent by standing on a bend deadstill with no lights and no hazards in a dark road, i decided to accept this agreement as it was an elderly person (outsurance client). To my dismay, i received a call from an Outsurance agent by the name of Lawrence Mothlabane. We discussed the matter and i advised him as to what happened and also informed him that should they decide to proceed with civil litigation that i was going to defend the matter and that i would also claim against their client in his personal capacity which Mr Mothlabane understood. This morning i received a second calm from one of their agents asking me to explain events which i happily did. After realising that this agent was trying to gather personal information from myself i immediately informed her that i was not going to divuldge any of my employment details or such to her . She then contacted my office and spoke to several people wanting to confirm my employment details etc . I believe that this is totally unaccepatable and forms part of the harassment act as i informed her that she is more then welcome to appoint a tracing agent should she require any information . Outsurance is more then welcome to start litigation for the events of 1june 2019 as i will be defending the matter but it is very unproffessional to conduct themselves as such as to contacting my office and harassing my collegues. I am utterly disgusted and angered by this.
