Accusations and Rudness

My boyfriend was involved in an accident in my car two weeks ago. Ive been dealing with Outsurance and my insurance is on my dads policy but the car is mine. An investigation was launched and an investigator from Outsurance came to see my boyfriend. My boyfriend gave him the ins and outs of what happened etc. Yesterday my boyfriend received a call from our investigators manager. He asked my boyfriend the same questions that the investigator had asked and once again my boyfriend told him what he had told the investigator and as much as he could remember from the accident. While on the phone this \\Manager\proceeded to shout down the phone constantly re asking questions and calling my boyfriend a ****. I sat and listened to this carry on. HOW DARE someone who is supposed to be a manager have the audacity to speak to someone like that and even more so call him a **** and shout down the phone and be so rude. I am utterly DISGUSTED by this. This is totally unacceptable to accuse and speak to a person in that way coming from a person in a managerial position!\"\"\""
