Accident to our vehicle

one of Out surrance customer damage our vehicle(WKN659GP) and the driver advice us that we must use his insurance to fix our vehicle and he kept his promise by giving us the incident no ***. we started to make communication with outsurence from the meddle of Jan 2015 and thy advice us to take our car to the assessor and they gave us feedback that our vehicle will cost R32000 to repair it and also we started doing our own quotes by getting three of the which were -R33000.<br> we request them to give us the offer so that we can fix our vehicle because we use the car on daily basis and yesterday we were given a offer for R15000 which is below the quote we were given by them.<br> i informed them that we are not taking the offer as we need them to fix our car.<br> we would like you to assist us by resolving the matter because we just want our car to be fixed<br> <br> Thanks<br> Julian Tshabalala<br> ***<br> ***<br> ***
