Accident repairs later on

Last year September I had an accident with my bike Ever since the bike was fixed after the accident I've been only having endless problems with my bike I've spent alot of money by different people In December the exhaust fell of and it stop starting from that day I've been busy in December and only got to it now in early Jan I sent it to the mechanic and have spent extra money again Now I've sent the bike to bmw for a complete quote on the repairs of the exhaust and non start I dont feel its right that I pay for the damages that have occurred during the accident I've since September road the bike max 5 times which is under 300kms

They are now telling me they might not be able to pay thats just trying to get out of the issue
