Accident excess recovery payment

<p>Imagine my complete surprise; receiving a phone call from Outsurance to confirm banking details as they want to make a payment to me as they have managed to recover my excess payment, from an accident in Dec 2015! Hard to believe that this is in fact true! Nice surprise. Well done Outsurance.</p>
