Accident claim Silent Treatment from OUTsurance

A couple of months ago, I was involved in an accident with a military vehicle and after reporting to OUTsurance they transferred me from the contact centre individual to their legal team. After this process, I supp**** their legal individual with all the information and I haven't gotten response from them regarding further investigations into the claim. It seems that no one wants to do their job because I need to get paid back monies I paid for the advance I paid. Dear OUTsurance please don't give clients the silent treatment!!
