Accident Claim Repair

To start from the beginning, i had a car accident on May 20th with my vehicle not being driveable, it had to be towed away. I was stranded for 3 weeks without my car with the excess amount paid and repairs were being done to my vehicle, I was told by repairer ( Colision Pros ) in Edenvale that they would keep me posted all the way with progress that did not happen.i had to phone in constantly to get answers and updates, not once did they phone me back and all i got when i could get hold of them was that they would call me back. After numerous calls back and forth between myself, collision Pros and Outsurance i was told that my vehicle was ready to collect. I arrived at Collision Pros to find my vehicle not repaired to spec with obvious defects to repairs that was clearly visible. I immediately called outsurance and was told to take the vehicle in that state and return it later to fix. I then signed for my vehicle and noted on paperwork that i was not happy with workmanship. I got into my car, started, only to find that there is now something mechanically wrong. I then decided to leave the vehicle there as i could not even get my car to reverse. My car before the accident was perfectly fine, running like a dream. I had to now without any assistance from Collision Pros arrange transport to my home in Ransburg on my own cost. I then received a call from outsurance to inform me that my vehicle was found to be faulty due to lack of maintenance, i was furious to say the least as my car was serviced and maintained since i got the vehicle. I was told to collect the vehicle from collision pros and have it repaired at my own cost as electrical parts could go at any time. I collected my car with the repair done very badly and took it to my mechanic to have the mechanical parts replaced so that i could at least drive my car. This had cost me yet another R4500 after the excess of R4000.When i collected the vehicle from Collision Pros the second time, i was promised that they would arrange a courtesy vehicle for me, i could then take my car back to them for further cosmetic repair the following Wednesday. I received a call on the next Tuesday, a day before i was supposed to take her back, to be told that they can only arrange a courtesy vehicle for me on the 4th of july and i could only then take her back. I agreed to this. Now today its the 1st of july and i called collision pros to confirm that all was in order for Monday the 4th of July so that i can return my car for repairs and collect the courtesy car. This was confirmed by Jennie and i was only told then that there is a further R2000 to be paid from my side for courtesy vehicle. Firstly how can they expect more money from me with a job that was supposed to be done in the first place by them. If they repaired my vehicle correctly we would not have this problem.so me the client of Outsurance has to just cough up more and more money, i cannot sit once again without a vehicle because of their negligence.Outsurance has really disappointed me with no help from their side. Should i be happy with this kind of service? I pay you "OUTSURANCE '' for a service and yet i had to do everything myself with only more and more frushtration.Ive been a client of OUTSURANCE for almost 2 years with this being my first claim. I am now sitting with a car that has only been repaired halfway and looks absolutely terrible. I have pleaded and begged outsurance to help me with no help or responce. I was forced to absolute tears and frushtration. I cannot go another day without my car.My work is dependant on my vehicle and so is my family?how could they have allowed a panelbeater to treat me an OUTSURANCE client in this way.I dont even have any more words to say....I am now forlding my arms and waiting for OUTSURANCE to sort this out....I will be looking for another insurar in the meantime....its amazing that i have to suffer a second time around for repairs to be done on my vehicle that was suppose to be repaired in the first place.I hope this will help future policy seekers not to trust that outsurance is the best as this is clearly misleading.
