Accident claim and refund of excess

<p>I tried to claim 3 rd party, since the car accident was not my fault. (I was rear-ended) This was a lenghly process and the monies Sanlam was gonna pay out was just ridiculously low , so I went back to outsurance. They sorted it out for me asap and made sure I recieved a fair amount back. Not only that, they also made sure that the excess I had to pay is claimed back from the 3rd party. They fought for me, even after I was no longer a member at Outsurance. They are on the ball, friendly and very efficient and I can highly recommend their services.</p>
