Accident claim and excess recovery

One always hears others complain about insurance companies and the service they receive. Well this is a big thank you to Outsurance (Lucia) for a trouble free claim process. From reporting the accident, having it accessed,booked in at the panel beaters, to the refund of my excess, all smooth sailing. Great work.
