Accident Claim

This is the worst insurance company that I could have chosen for years. Last week I was involved in a accident where someone drove into my car. I reported to Outsurance and this is the result.

Assessment total 6,097.50 Discount 609.75 Vat 768.29 Sub-Total 6,256.04 Betterment 0.00 Authorisation type: Agree only WOP Excess (Client to pay) 4,870.00 Excess Waiver (Insurer to pay) 0.00 Total 1,386.04

Now I ask why did I pay for years a high insurance just to pay 3 times more access than what the insurance pay in. They do not even bother with the 3rd parties insurance to fix our car. They insist that I must pay the access and then they will try and get the money from the 3rd party
