Accident ***
A Woman drove into the back of our car weeks ago.
We are claiming from her insurance (Outsurance) and it's just taking sooo! long.
(They have now also quote on taking over our car insurance, but I will not change, as my experience from them up to now is, they are quick to quote on insurance, but slow to deliver when the service from them matters)
