Accident Assessment

I was involved in a fairly minor accident. No one was harmed but the car was badly damaged. Outsurance collected the car the same day and assessed the damage within two days and decided that the car would not be repaired.

I was immediately contacted and assisted with preparing the documents for the transfer of the vehicle so that they could pay me the replacement value. While I was sad to lose the vehicle, they made it really easy to continue living and I will ensure that they insure my next vehicle.
