Access Refund

<p>A truck knocked my car at a traffic cirlce. I called Outsurance and they were very helpful, they sent a tow truck and took the car for repairs. Although the tow truck company which was supposed to drive me home refused to do so, Outsurance then followed up and assured me they will deal with the towing company. I then dealt with Roxaane who was assisting me with getting my refund back from the Truck which caused the accident, She was good and she kept me updated. Within 4 months Outsurance was able to refund my access in full. I am paying a very high premium for my car, but if thats what it takes to be fully covered! I am happy to do so. Very satisfied. Outsurance customer for 3 years non-stop</p>
