Access is more then total of claim

I am so fed-up with Outsurance regarding any claim. We are currently paying almost R4000.00 per month but when we need to claim there is always some sobby story. The access is every time more then the total of damaged goods. I have lost a Business advertising trailer that was specified and no pay-out till today!!!!!! That put my business back with huge revenue losses. I still supported Outsurance. We have hit two potholes in one day, damage 3 tyres and mages and now they split the claim in two with R3600 access per claim that comes to a total of R7200. Once again more for access that the repair cost and new tyres. this is the last complaint from myself regarding there poor service delivery. They will never see me or anyone of my friends or family on there books ever again!!!!! If I can recommend them to anyone. Please do not join!!!
