Abuse of forensic findings

My father was involved in an accident in November 2021. He hit a bakkie from behind and and his car stopped only about 300m from first impact. Outsurance claim he was trying to run away from the accident and assumes from data drawn from the actuator that he was driving about 133km/h which is very wrong because upon arrival at the scene the car he hit had a moderate impact no airbags deployed and no injuries to passengers. The report was drawn up by forensic investigators which have never visited the scene of accident and have their findings based on technicalities and gps location whilst our village has the worst gps locations. You even send a location on whatsapp the it will definitely take the other party to a different location
