Absolutely wrong and disgusting behavior from Outsurance!

I had insurance cancelled by Santam in June 2016 due to high claim history (power surges). I notified Outsurance of this, who then initially cancelled my CAR insurance but then decided to reinstate my cover at no penalty till Oct 2018 (over 2 years). Now I am being penalized through excessive premium’s (worse than for under 25’s) after applying to be added as the regular driver of a car on someone else’s policy. I have had my license for over 30 years. Absolutely wrong and disgusting behavior from Outsurance!
