Absolutely Pathetic

Good day

This is the second time I am writing about my claim. A lady bumped into my car in January 2018. We have sent in the necessary forms then we heard nothing from Outsurance. After I have written to Hello peter they rep**** and said they could not view my photos. I send others and they confirmed via email that that they we fine. Until now I have heard nothing further from them. The guilty party's car has been fixed long ago but I am still waiting. I think it is absolutely pathetic! I am going to sue her now to have my car fixed as I cannot wait any longer. I cannot believe that this is how Outsurance work! Worst I have ever seen
