Dear Outsurance<br> I am extremely impressed by a very specific team member named Mr Sydney Tyuluba. I had a claim last year which no one responded to. Mr Tyuluba was the only person who went over and above to help me and to sort it out. Today I had another such issue, and my first point of call was him. He assisted me throughout the whole process even if he did not need to. It is individuals like him in your company that makes this country a great place and restores my faith in the service industry.
