Absolutely fantastic service

<p>My husband's phone got lost/****** yesterday morning while him being out of town and away from hom. Phoned Outsurance where Siza gave me the exact steps to follow. By 13:30 by claim was settled. And the new phone was on it's way via 3G mobile which also gave excellent service. This morning at about 9am I had a new phone for my husband in my hand. This was such a relief as I am busy with audit preparations and I really did not have the energy yesterday to deal with such issues as well. Siza phoned me back various times, giving really a brilliant service. Even my husband was so impressed this morning with the quick service that he asked I put this compliment on cause it was really less than 24 hours and my husband was sorted. He is sooooo relieved as this is his business phone and without it he is lost. Really appreciate all the trouble Siza and 3G mobile went to to get this sorted so quickly</p>
