Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service. Two days ago, I had an accident. We were at a lodge about 30km from Port Shepstone. I contacted Outsurance immediately. The agent was so friendly and helpful. As soon as the claim was lodged, I got a phone call to say that the recovery vehicle was on its way. Within an hour, my car was loaded onto the flatbed vehicle and on its way to Durban. It was absolutely amazing. Straight after that, the car hire people contacted me to make arrangements for delivery. The following day, the car arrived as per arrangements. Within 2 days, the claim was finalized, and the car is going to be delivered to Pietermaritzburgu for repairs. This has been absolutely stress free. Well done, Outsurance and their helpful agents.
