Absolutely dishonest and horrible service

My Wife was in an accident and she had submitted her claim online and was requested to submit pictures based on the information given we where requested to by the claims adviser to take the vehicle to an Outsurance approved panel beater being ABS PANEL BEATERS in Midrand after this was done they now want to settle me for less then what the panel beater quoted and I am then told that I requested to go and do the assessment however that's a lie and your recorded calls can prove this and again today I'm asked to go and do another assessment I'm not sure why as I was given the details on where to go and when I can go so how much more does it tale at this point I just want the claim to be paid directly to my wife and I will get the vehicle repaired privately as this is the worst serviced we have received having almost 10 years insurance with outsurance
