absolutely disgusting service
OUTsurance private & business keeps lying to me and an issue raised with their management on the 25th of January 2021 is still unresolved as they promise that a manager and or agent will call me back to resolve a simple issue but that call never came and they keep overcharging me processing 5 debit orders against my and my wife's account so far for February 2021. The person I spoke with today said he called at the request of the CEO but he also just made empty promises of as callback from business and from and agent that never happened.
