Absolutely blown away by the service by Outstance staff

Absolutely blown away by the service by Outstance staff. Had an accident last week, while being 39 weeks pregnant, and they handled my claim with such efficiency, care and diligence. They organized our courtesy car in hours, knowing I might go into labour any time and need to have a car on hand. The lady that handled our claim handled everything so well, she was warm, and kept us up to date with details and organized everything for us. Absolutely blown away and couldn't be happier, I have been bragging to anyone that will listen! They get it so right when it matters most! We'll done Outsurance, you're doing so well and an example of what Insurance in SA should be like!
