ABSOLUTELY AWESOME SERVICE!!!

I had a car accident on the 31st August 2015 where someone drove into the back of me. I immediately called Outsurance and the first person I dealt with was Adele du Toit. She was amazing. very caring, and very supportive. She took me through all the steps, no hassle! I then had Sanet van Niekerk from the legal side dealing with the lady that drove into me to recover the costs as well as the excess. She kept me informed constantly, I just had amazing service from her as well. Super Friendly and caring! I just received a call from her advising that the money will be paid back to me in the next day. I'm so grateful, and after hearing a few negative stories on Outsurance, I now, through my own experience, only have the best to say! Thank you ladies for the super efficient service. You are both definitely valuable employees of Outsurance.
