Absolute Shocking Service

I have now called 4 times, each with the same dismal level of response. No one can help me. I have lodged a claim for repairs to my vehicle more than a month ago. The offending party that rearended me (another outsurance client) has already had their vehicle repaired and is back on the road whilst mine has not been touched despite the fact that I am the victim here AND that I am also insured with outsurance which simply implies that they need to settle the matter internally. I get passed from pillar to post and on average these calls have taken between 12 and 15 minutes at a time without any result. Promises are made that I would be called back and it NEVER HAPPENS! Do you want me as a customer or not Outsurance? If this is not resolved by tomorrow I am going to the insurance ombudsman for further action. I expect to be re-imbured for my wasted time.
