Above and beyond expectations

Ive been with Outsurance for just over 2 years when i was in an accident. I then wanted to move my household contents to another insurer and asked to cancel my policy. I was contacted by Jannie Bezuidenthout regarding my cancellation and this guy was amazing. We spoke for a log time and he was genuinely interested in why i was moving my policy and when i told him he went and looked at my insurance history to try and find me a better rate. Not only did i agree to stay with Out but he also provided me with information on where i could get help with physio for the injuries i had sustained. I was amazed that a mere conversation on retaining a client turned into more than that. I am so grateful to have spoken to him that day - i was not in a good space and he really went above and beyond the call of duty and was genuinely concerned about my health and well being. He is a true asset to the company.
