Above and Beyond!!!

<p>Initially when i contacted OUT to start my claim process i was shocked to learn that there was a communication error between myself and my sales rep about my insurance package and the time frame it will be implemented.</p> <p> </p> <p>But OUT phoned me and they said it was there fault and I am coverd in FULL and they apologized to me and my claim was done on 21/01/2017 and my claim was resolved within 3 days!</p> <p> </p> <p>I received constant updates about my claim and they said they will do everything to reclaim my excess from the 3rd party and today ONE month later they phone me and notified me that my excess will be paid to me within 72 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cant belive there is actually still something like client satisfaction on this level, I want to say thank you to Randall Arendse at the legal department for going the extra mile you truly made my day!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks to Outsurance you just got a life long client and I will spread the word!!</p>
