I am disgusted in Outsurance. I moved my car insurance to them. After being in a car accident where I was not the quilty one I had to pay an access amount on my car. I claimed back my access amount and STILL WAITING FOR OVER A YEAR NOW!!!! I will never trust Outsurance again. Getting the same answers back for over a year now with no updates if I do not email them and ask what is going on. Disgusted with their service and loyalty. Easy to take ypur money every month but when they need to step in for you they are nowhere. Disgusted is all I can say.
