A week ago our vehicle was struck by lightning on the N4 at Belfast

A week ago our vehicle was struck by lightning on the N4 at Belfast. Outsurance provided excellent service with emergency evacuating us and had the vehicle towed to Pretoria. However it was a long and tediously process to get the damage assessed by the preferred service provider. One week later the assessment is still not done. I trust the process will get going now in order to get the damage repaired as soon as possible.
