A very satisfied client from Outsurance

On the 25th of January the whole front part of my home was damaged by fire due to a faulty electrical connection on my roof.

The damages were severe – 2/3 of the roof needed to be replaced – the beams as well as the roof Furniture were damaged and needed to be repaired or replaced The floor (parquet floor (blokkies vloer)) needed to be fixed The electric wiring had to be replaced and COC-ed

The following services were impressive: 1 The Outsurance electricians were here BEFORE the Fire engines arrived 2 They isolated the front part of the house and then set up my house so that I can have electricity in the back part of my house 3 On Monday 25 February the manager from CLINT SCHUSTER ****RAKTEURS came and assessed the damage. He explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me an indication of how long it will take.

CLINT SCHUSTER ****RAKTEURS service was unbelievable A) They came on the specified date and started working immediately B) Never had I seen a team working so hard and so efficiently C) The site manager, Marina came every day to inspect the level of work done. If anything does not satisfy her high standards it was taken down and done over. (I must say this did not happen much - as the team is very professional) D) The work was finished exactly on the designated day – leaving me a very very VERY satisfied customer.

4 The Outsurance’s Project Manager - (Assessments ) - Mr Wissani Mathebula – then came and inspected what has been done and made sure the customer (that was me) is satisfied. He is a very professional person and went through the whole site with the proverbial “tooth comb” to make sure everything is done up to standard.

My heartfelt thanks firstly to OUTSURANCE who had my house repaired in record time in such a friendly and helpful way. - and then to the contractors who are affiliated to Outsurance – who did the job.. Thank you to Edwin and Marina of CLINT SCHUSTER ****RAKTEURS – professionals delivering excellent work The also a GREAT thank you to Willene and Lana of “Idala Cleaning and Restourations” for the expert cleaning of my furniture Just the fact that I took the time to write this long letter – must prove to anyone that there is only one insurance company - OUTSURANCE
