A very sad and very bad experience with Outsurance

I am sharing my experience with pain and grief, My car was hit by a outsurance client by jumping a stop sign, it was a straight hit in car from side. I submitted my claim with all relevant valid documents to Outsurance . Cut the story short, received a detailed email from outsurance representative stating that my car is written off because repair cost is more than R75000. After all calculations we can offer you R6700... I am lady with three school going kids who's car been destroyed by someone by his mistake and offered to take R6700 for repair that car that was assessed by their approved assessor that repair cost is R75000. I am sitting like no where...
