A taxi bumped into me from behind when I stopped at a four way stop. The driver drove away and the police never came after. It was during the holiday season. I only made the charge at the police stations week later and called Outsurance. I was afraid they they would say I was too late or couldn’t be helped but the service and process was acceptional. I also had to move house in February so I was tight for cash to pay my access for the claim but Outsurance gave me time and I never once felt pressured from them to get on with the claim. I eventually took the vehicle to the panel beaters chosen by Outsurance. They were professional, accommodating and reminded me that they are there to assist on my terms.
