OUTsurance has gone above and beyond going extra mile when they assisted me on Wednesday , 15/04/25 particularly Thami Nsibande. I was on the verge to change into another insurance due to financial pressures . Not only was Thamie helpful , but she’s also knowledgeable and passionate about her job . She managed to retain me back and reduced my premium to acceptable level. I addition to this , Thamie also managed to refund the premium I had paid to that prospective insurance I was moving to .
