A Star: Andy Sithole

I just took out an OUT and About cover where I requested a call last night. I had the pleasure of speaking to Andy Sithole who was a great deal of help. We spoke about my existing cover I have with OUTsurance before even the reason for my call then proceeded to the additional cover. She made sure that my whole profile was spotless and with every question I asked, she was on the ball which gives me confidence and ease that I’m in good hands. It’s always a breathe of fresh air when I receive excellent customer service especially being a person who was once in insurance.
