A simple cancellation request made impossible.

I switched my vehicle and motorcycle insurance to another company. I had the simple request of cancelling my insurance effective from 28-02-2019. I then had to sit through a phone call where the person kept spinning me stories when I had said multiple times that I would just like to cancel my insurance on my vehicles.

I would now like to cancel my life insurance as well. I've blocked Outsurance call centre numbers because I'm not prepared for all the sales talk any more. Outsurance has my email address, every other form of documentation gets sent to my email address so I don't understand why I have to get aggravated with those sales pitch phone calls.

I would like everything I have with Outsurance to be cancelled. I don't like being treated like an invalid and I'm therefore done with this company.
