A Shame on you Outsurance !!!! i and a 16 year loyal customer with 100% clean claim record

LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 16 years !!! with 100% CLEAN record NEVER claimed , my premuim was increased over the last year by a lot , Today 6 Sept 2023 i called in to have the profile reviewed , and was insulted by a R30 Discount , this is what i get for my loyalty , i was really sad for the conclusion and will most deffnitly be moving my insurance somewhere else , a shame on you OUTSURANCE !!!
