A Pleasure to Have Cover With Outsurance

I have been a client with Outsurance and had a claim Submitted on Saturday 10/10/15, I was helped in a professional way and received a call on Tuesday 13/10/15 from Quentin Smith introducing himself as an Assessor for Outsurance and that he will be facilitating the Claim. I must say it was a pleasure from the first moment and Quentin had empathy for my loss. Everything was done professionally and in no time at all. I received a call from Quentin today 15/10/15 confirming my claim has been finalised and the supplier will call me to make further arrangements. I was very nervous and not sure how this whole process works. I must say that Outsurance really made this as pleasant as possible and I will be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking to have Outsurance as an Insurance partner.
