A pleasant surprise

I Broke down late at night. Having called outsurance they took my details and really quickly had a tow company on their way. When they changed shifts I even got a call to tell me who my new opperater was. With numerous follow up calls to make sure the tow had arrived. I even got a call to make sure we got home ok. Hands down the best service I've had from any company in ages.
