A memorable telephonic new membership

<p>I've recently had the pleasure of dealing telephonically with Karabo Mashego at Outsurance. On any other day I wouldn't usually entertain telephonic requests for the sale of services but this instance was different from the start. Karabo handled herself very professionally and I was immediately interested in what she had to say. She was polite, never pushy, knowledgeable and sounded sincere. I instantly felt the warmth and genuine interest from her as she discussed the requirements and captured my personal details. Not once did I feel obligated, on the contrary I felt like she was placing my needs as priority. The sale of the policy was concluded and I was satisfied. I didn't expect afer sales service from her but I received it willingly and efficiently. This is a memorable experience and I will certainly keep her as a recommendation going forward.
