A Little Insurance Win

Just had to share a little insurance win! Big shout-out to Nick at OUTsurance for turning what’s usually a painfully dull task into a genuinely good experience.

As we all know, the start of a new year often comes with surprise debit order increases (because… of course 🙃). My previous insurer quietly bumped up my premium without so much as a heads-up, and then wasn’t exactly keen to negotiate, even though my car is definitely not getting more valuable with age.

That was my cue to shop around.

Enter Nick. He called to give me a quote, and not only did he beat my current insurer by R200, but the quote was actually less than what I paid for my car insurance two years ago. Win!

Getting insurance quotes is usually tedious at best, but Nick somehow made it fun. We had a few laughs along the way, and the whole process was quick, easy, and painless.
